I am still waiting for an order I placed in November 2022.
The company have come up with an excuse of stock problems and then, it looks like, they have given me a false tracking number and no item has been received by the mailing company they are using.
I would not recommend this company and I am about to start legal action in recovering my costs.

So far only two stars due to the long ship time. I placed an order 10/25/22. I phoned to find out when it would ship and was told 10/31. Received a tracking number and will update this review when I receive my package. Contacting customer service was easy. Eva was very helpful. Hopefully I can add more stars.
Update November 4. Received my boots. Beautiful. Exactly as described. Beautiful package. And, the best price I found through much searching. FedEx was horrible but that is no fault of Forzieri. Will definitely buy here again!!

I am VERY pleased with my purchase. The bag I ordered was the LE PARMENTIER Atlanta Top Handle Satchel Bag and it is absolutely beautiful! It arrived 2 days earlier than expected and the it was obvious that great care was taken with the packaging of my order. Thank you Ivan!!

If I'd read these reviews first, I would never have ordered from this company. The problem was with their customer service. They take a week to respond to queries and are still using COVID as an excuse. It took over a month to process my return and refund. It's very hard to get a response from them and in the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal. The company then had the cheek to blame me for the delayed refund. I'd definitely avoid using this company. Their products can be sourced pretty much anywhere, so shop around.

I found the boots I had wanted for ages on this site and at a fantastic price. Delivery was a little slow, but they were coming from Italy, so I expected this. I was kept updated on every step of the delivery and I received them in good time. I absolutely love the boots! And the price was amazing. This will be the first site I come to from now on! I recently ordered a tote bag from Forzieri and my experience was very good. I had to wait a short time for the item to be re-stocked but I was kept informed at all times about this. Once it was in stock it took less than a week to arrive in Australia.A very positive experience.

I purchased an Italian leather bracelet from Forzeiri which regrettably needed to be returned. The manner in which this was dealt with was First class. Despite there being difficulties at the Italian Customs point, the staff at Forzeiri resolved the issue and returned my bracelet to me.

I ordered an Armani ring for my son for Christmas, after contacting them regarding a delivery date I was informed that it was not in stock but would be hopefully back in stock within 6 weeks. They did give me the option of canceling the order which I accepted but then received no further emails.
I emailed them a further 4 times with no response but eventually did receive a refund and confirmation of this.
Overall service was ok just slow in responding.

I ordered some cufflinks for a leaving gift and was thrilled with my purchase. Despite being out of stock in the warehouse at the time of order as soon as they were available they were shipped and arrived in just under a week. Eva was very friendly and helpful and the recipient was thrilled with his gift. ?

I am always a little nervous when I purchase overseas, but Alex and Eva put me completely at ease. The luggage is BEAUTIFUL and they made every effort possible to make sure that I received it in time for my vacation.

Bought an allessi kettle for 200 pounds was faulty from day one kept not switching on
Would not repair or refund because I changed plug on appliance to uk 3 pin came with euro 2 pin this was 6 months ago still no further forward lost all my money terrible customer service
